Return & Shipping Policy

Exchanges must be received within 7 days of date of delivery. Items should not be worn, altered, or washed. All original packaging must be included and the item must be accompanied by the receipt. We do not offer refunds.

All sales are final on sale items and vintage products (no exchanges).

Upon receipt of goods, Palmer Trading Company has the right to deny credits if the merchandise does not meet the company’s return policy requirements.

In the event of an exchange or store credit for an item purchased through our online store, please send the package back pre-paid via traceable carrier. We are not responsible for missing packages. The customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping on exchanges.

We will not be able to process your exchange without having your original order back to us.
